3. Ordering information

The displayed products can only be ordered online through the Webshop, with delivery by courier or in the operator's own delivery, or by the buyer in person on site. 3.1 How to Order

5. Order processing

Orders are processed on business days from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. It is also possible to place an order outside the dates marked as order processing, but if it is made after the end of working hours, the order will only be processed on the following working day. 9. Mail delivery information

10. Right of withdrawal

If the consumer exercises his right of withdrawal, the operator shall reimburse the consumer for the payments made, including delivery charges, within 14 days of receipt of the declaration to that effect. An exception to this is if the consumer has chosen a mode of transport which involves additional costs and which is different from normal transport. The service provider does not have to fulfill his obligation to reimburse until he has received back the product supplied or until the consumer has received a credible certificate of return of the product. In the event of a discrepancy between the two dates, the operator must take the earlier date into account.
